Approach

Research
We evaluated the existing candidate journey to design a way forward for a better experience, by talking to actual candidates through focus group discussions, interviewing other relevant stakeholders, drawing insights and brainstorming on an enhanced journey during a design thinking workshop. We evaluated the entire journey, from the time a requirement is generated by a hiring manager to the onboarding. We focused only on lateral hiring during this project.
